Overview

Participants explore five key leadership competencies and identify areas for improvement. This workshop emphasizes the strong relationship between effective leadership, and productivity and employee morale.

We provide this workshop in a full-day format.

   Profile the characteristics of engaged employees

Managing Multiple Generations

Overview

Participants discuss the different mindsets of the four workforce generations and how to engage their often competing goals and priorities.  The goal is for participants to develop cross-generational leadership skills to enhance team dynamics.

We provide this workshop in a half-day format.

Objectives:

-Discuss the four workforce generations and profile the characteristics of each generation
-Describe motivating drivers and preferred work place expectations of each demographic group
-Evaluate the differing communication styles of each generation
-Identify strategies for bridging communication gaps and improving team dynamics
-Assess how the strengths of each generation can contribute to the team
