Nicole Cyrus

Nicole Cyrus is Principal of The Cyrus Consulting Group.  Clients engage Nicole for her innovative management theory, front-line experience, keen understanding of organizational structure, and content-packed programs that deliver.  Nicole has benefited from extensive, hands-on business experience in finance, marketing, strategic development, and change management with organizations including Philip Morris USA, MCI, and Sun Microsystems.  These roles have provided her with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s leaders.  They have enabled her to work with professionals across all organizational levels and in diverse industries.

Nicole supports her clients by designing and facilitating programs to enhance leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  One of her popular topics is career development.  She works with professionals to fine-tune skills to increase their productivity and career satisfaction.

Her high-impact, interactive workshops provide participants with the tools and skills needed to adapt to change.  Nicole's outgoing personality, sense of humor, and her use of real-life scenarios and "fact-of-the-matter" messages challenge the "status-quo" and inspire creativity.

Nicole received her MBA and BS from The Pennsylvania State University.  She also trained at Coach, Inc., where she studied professional coaching and is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) consultant.

Nicole is an Adjunct Professor at the Northern Virginia Community College.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the Association for Psychological Type
